Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It determines how we think, feel, and behave. It also helps to decide how we cope with stress, interact with others, and make good decisions. Mental health is something we should all consider, look after and talk about.
Our course is here to help you understand mental health and well-being and to be mindful of some of the influences that can impact mental health. We also explore some of the ways in which mental health and wellbeing can be encouraged and improved in the community and in the workplace. This course will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
