About Darren Whelan
“Many online training programmes are filled with jargon and not relevant to the people on the ground. My role is to develop training that will help people in their day-to-day jobs. Our training will be lively, interactive and will come with ongoing live feedback and support through Facebook."
Out with the old - in with the new!
Out with the old classroom based, stiff, uninspired training plans. Darren wanted to revolutionise the industry.
The aim is to provide interactive, enjoyable experiences for each trainee. One that will be engaging and relatable. The trainee will take away real life examples that they will use in their workplace.
Our style of delivery is humorous and inviting. The trainee is sucked into the course either online or face to face. Trainers are there to guide trainees through the nitty gritty of the course content while pulling real life scenarios and experience into the content. This means trainees are far more involved and can relate more to the content.
Anyone can read a set of slides, but to bring real life experience and knowledge lifts the training to a whole new level.
Match this with trainers who are larger than life, witty and have star quality is what makes our courses work.
Trainees are entertained while they learn. Some even loose sight of the fact that they are learning. This style makes the trainee sit up and take notice which ultimately means the course content is absorbed and can be utilised back in the workplace.
Our amusing approach to very serious and life saving compliance content has proved most effective. Taking the sting out of some of the shocking or scarier aspects. Saving peoples lives is no laughing matter but teaching someone how to do this in an amusing way ensures the facts are retained and can be relied upon later.
Our Story So Far...
Over the years we have seen trainees pass their test with flying colours as they absorb and retain more information with our approach. This means more of your trainees are certified and capable of dealing with any emergency they encounter.
